MEDC Hazardous Area Alarms, Signals and Controls
MEDC manufactures hazardous area and marine duty alarm, signaling
and control devices that are designed to specifically address harsh,
corrosive environments that are typical in offshore drilling and
production facilities, chemical plants and refineries. MEDC Glass
Reinforced Polyester (GRP) product housings are virtually immune
to corrosion and they are IP66/IP67 rated, insuring they are impervious
to rain and hosedown. With product certifications including UL,
CSA, ATEX, GOST, SAA and CQST, these products are suitable for use
in just about any hazardous location in the world.

Assemblies
MEDC manufactures "Combination Assemblies" to meet
your specific, unique requirements utilizing any combination of
MEDC products. Multiple xenon beacons, steady lights, horns, speakers,
manual callpoints and junction boxes can be supplied mounted on
an epoxy painted 316 stainless steel backplate, with all devices
typically pre-wired to terminals within a single device. In most
cases, the wiring connection for multiple alarms/signal products
are accessed through a single entry, insuring the easiest field
installation, possible
Combination Assemblies are built to the appropriate standards for
hazardous or non-hazardous locations to meet your project requirements
